At Bay Vista Commons Assisted Living and Memory Care our friendly, professional staff welcomes potential residents to explore the option of living in a gracious yet affordable assisted living setting.

As a new provider, we uniquely offer residents who qualify for Medicaid assisted living program the opportunity to live in a warm, homelike environment complete with a private, comfortable apartment and helpful amenities. Additionally, we serve residents who do not qualify for Medicaid based on apartment availability at current market rates.
